Last Minute Cruise for Youth Storm

So funny story…2 months ago my good friend Josiah, one of the leaders at Youth Storm, reached out to me for the “Boat Guy’s” info. That was the last I heard about it until a recent and fortunate encounter. I found out that a boat party fund raiser had been booked but wait…who is going to DJ the event? There was no DJ for the event and I was able to get the night open thanks to my good friend Donna Shea (who is covering my classes at Longfellows)…so…We now have a DJ!

Youth Storm is a local faith based charity that brings life skills to kids in their late teens who have not had people in their life to teach them. I have seen kids that were destined to fail at life, have their lives transformed and are now leaders in their communities. If you can get away Sunday night, and like to keep the money that you donate local, you should get your self out on the boat! Although this is not a “Swing Cruise” I always start the evening off with a solid hour of swingable music and most of the people on board have attended at least one of my lessons so you know its going to be a party!
